In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Mr. Vusi
Dlamini who represented Dimension Data Holdings SA (Proprietary) Limited
(`Dimension Data`) has resigned as a non-executive director of Paracon with
effect from 19 May 2005, as he terminated his employment with Dimension Data.
Dimension Data will be appointing their representative to the Paracon Board
shortly.
