CHANGE TO THE BOARD
The directors of Omnia are very pleased to advise that, with effect from 19 May
2005, Diane Radley has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Board
and a member of the Audit Committee. Diane has a strong financial background
and, with her expertise, will contribute significantly to the Board. Diane is a
Chartered Accountant and is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Altron as
well as holding a number of other directorships.
