RESULTS OF THE OFFER FROM KATOPE INTERNATIONAL TO INTERTRADING SHAREHOLDERS
Imara Corporate Finance South Africa is authorised to announce that the Katope
International offer to Intertrading shareholders, which closed at 12h00 on
Friday 20 May 2005, was accepted by Intertrading shareholders to the extent of 8
900 754 shares, representing approximately 17.8% of Intertrading`s issued share
capital.
Katope now owns 17 625 754 shares, representing approximately 35.3% of
Intertrading`s issued share capital, and controls, in association with Conafex
Holdings SA, 26 350 754 shares, representing approximately 52.7% of
Intertrading`s issued share capital.
