its shareholders of the following changes which are effective immediately:
- Messrs Jason Dean Druian and Paul Diamond have been appointed as executivedirectors;

executive directors; and
- Messrs Jason Marc Schmulian and Armin Herbert Diem have resigned as non-executive directors.
