Further cautionary announcementShareholders were advised in the cautionary announcements of 2 November 2004, 14
December 2004, 25 January 2005 and 2 March 2005 that the company has been
considering the options that are available to realise value in the Repairs and
Services and Replacement Parts divisions.On 13 April 2005 shareholders were further advised that a number of offers were
received for the Repairs and Services and Replacement Parts divisions.
Shareholders are advised that these offers are still under consideration and
that the company is making good progress towards clarifying the terms of theoffers. Any future developments in relation to these offers may have a material
effect on the price of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.Sandton
