Brimstone is currently in the process of raising approximately R110 million by
way of a claw-back offer of 100 076 155 Brimstone `N` ordinary shares to
shareholders at R1.10 per Brimstone `N` ordinary share in the ratio of 75 offershares for every 100 Brimstone shares held as detailed in the circular to be
posted to shareholders on 30 May 2005.
It is important that as many shareholders as possible follow their rights during
the current claw-back offer, particularly in the light of the need for Brimstoneto maintain its favourable black economic empowerment status. All Brimstone
shareholders are encouraged to follow their rights. A funding facility has been
established with a third party bank in order to enable qualifying shareholders
who do not have the necessary funds, to follow their rights.Shareholders who are interested in making use of such facility are encouraged to
