FURTHER UPDATE ON PROPOSED CLOSURE OF THE SALT RIVER FACTORY
Further to Rex Trueform`s update announcement relating to the closure of the
Salt River Factory, dated 24 May 2005, shareholders are advised that discussions
continue which relate to the potential lease of the Salt River factory building
and plant, and the disposal of the Salt River factory business. These
discussions have not yet been concluded.
The directors wish to emphasise that the Queenspark retail chain is profitable
and that the Atlantis factory should be profitable provided that certain Salt
River production is moved to Atlantis.
Further updates relating to the above will be provided in due course.
