Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange Listings
Requirements, Ellerines shareholders are advised that Mr H Khoza has been
appointed to the board as a non executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Khoza joins the Ellerines board having served on the Relyant Retail Limited
board as a non executive director for over six years. He brings with him a
wealth of experience and knowledge in the retail furniture and appliance
business and other consumer based industries.
