NOTICE OF PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NO 120
Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 120 for the six months
ending 30 June 2005 at the rate of 5 1/2 percent per annum (5.5 cents per share)
be and is hereby declared payable to shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on 1 July 2005.
The last day to trade `cum` dividend will be Friday, 24 June 2005. The shares
will commence trading `ex` dividend as from Monday, 27 June 2005 and the record
date will be Friday, 1 July 2005. The dividend will be paid on Monday, 4 July
2005.
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
27 June 2005 and Friday, 1 July 2005, both days inclusive.
