RESULTS OF THE MEETINGS
Java Capital is authorised to announce the results of the meetings of
shareholders of Beget convened on Tuesday, 31 May 2005 in terms of the notice of
the general meeting contained in the Beget circular issued on 9 May 2005 and
notice of annual general meeting contained in the annual financial statements of
Beget for the financial year ended 31 December 2004, issued on 14 April 2005.
All of the resolutions were unanimously passed.
