NOTICE OF PAYMENT OF DEBENTURE INTEREST AND DIVIDEND
In order to comply with clause 4.2.1.2 of Vukile Property Fund Limited`sDebenture Trust Deed, which requires that debenture interest be paid by 30 June
2005, the company hereby gives notice of a final distribution amounting to 31.5
cents per linked unit, for the six month period to 31 March 2005. The
distribution comprises interest on debentures of 31.44 cents per debenture and adividend of 0.06 cents per share.
The audited abridged annual financial statements of the company for the year
ended 31 March 2005 will be released on 13 June 2005.
The Group`s calculated consolidated net profit before tax for the year ended 31March 2005 amounts to R284.9 million.
