ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING COURT CASE AND WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcement dated 26 April
2005, in which they were informed of the case against Tech Pulse Technologies
(Pty) Limited, the trading arm of APS Technologies, in the amount of R1,3
million.
Judgment has been received against APS and the company has been instructed to
pay an amount of R1 113 000 to the liquidators of Top Info Holdings Limited, as
well as interest on the amount calculated from November 2000, and costs relating
to the case.
As finality has now been reached with regard to the court case, the cautionary
is withdrawn and shareholders no longer need to exercise caution when dealing in
their APS shares. The company shall continue to update shareholders with regard
to progress in this regard.
