Director`s Resignation
Kumba Resources Limited (Kumba) advises that Executive Director Richard Wadley,
responsible for corporate strategy and business development, will be leaving the
organisation at the end of June 2005. He will also resign from the board of the
company. Mr Wadley`s departure is a consequence of the business improvement
programme that has been undertaken by Kumba during the past year and which
included a restructure of corporate service departments such as the one for
which he has been responsible.
