Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2004, posted today, are identical to the audited results which were
published in the press on 31 March 2005.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Square One will be
held at the registered offices of the company, First Floor, Eastgate Park, 8
Commerce Crescent West, Eastgate Extension 13, Sandton at 12:00 on Friday, 24
June 2005. The notice of annual general meeting is issued with the annual
report, which contains the annual financial statements of Square One for the
year ended 31 December 2004.
