In terms of 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa, shareholders are advised that Annelise Cilliers has resigned as an
executive director of the company with effect from 6 June 2005. Annelise will
however remain a non-executive director (with effect from 6 June 2005) and a
consultant to the company for a period of approximately 1 year. Annelise has
decided to pursue certain personal business interests and the company wishes her
the best in this regard. Shareholders will be kept advised of any appointments
to replace Annelise.
