Octodec linked units on 3 June 2005 at a price per unit of 685 cents, with a

R294 550. Octodec`s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly
each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
