DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Securities Exchange Listings
Requirements, Fredswem Investments (Pty) Limited (`Fredswem`) purchased 101 000
Octodec linked units on 6 June 2005 at an average price per unit of 685 cents
(48000 linked units at 684 cents and 53000 linked units at 685 cents), with a
total value of R691 370. Octodec`s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick
indirectly each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem. Clearance to
deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
