Liberty International announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, CSC, has      
purchased for cancellation GBP1,709,000 nominal of 5.75% unsecured Bonds due2009 since the previous disclosure, made in accordance with the requirements of 
the Listing Rules, on 01 June 2005. This leaves the balance not held by the     
Liberty International group at GBP43,380,000, representing 28.9% of the
