Trading statement
Johncom`s audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2005 are
expected to be announced on 23 June 2005. Shareholders are advised that for the
year ended 31 March 2005 Johncom`s headline earnings are expected to be between
125% and 135% better than the R177 million reported in the previous
corresponding period and attributable earnings are expected to be between 140%
and 150% better than the R187 million reported in the previous corresponding
period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors.
