CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT - INCREASE IN BEE SHAREHOLDERS BASE
The shareholders of All Joy are advise that All Joy has signed a heads of
agreement with Ehlobo Foods (Pty) Limited to increase All Joy`s black economical
empowerment shareholders base. Ehlobo is a company owned by Dr Ruiter and Mr
Bagus and Purple Rain Properties (Pty) Limited. Mr Bagus is currently a non-
executive director on the All Joy board. Ehlobo has significant knowledge and
contacts within the fast moving consumer goods industry.
A further detail announcement will be made once the final agreement has been
signed.
