WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT OF 10 JUNE 2005
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement of 10 June 2005
regarding an application brought by The Brian Puttergill Family Trust
(`claimant`) against the company. The matter has been resolved by agreement.
Accordingly, the general meeting regarding the proposed voluntary winding up of
the company and a dividend in specie shall be held on 17 June 2005 as scheduled
and, in this regard, the advice to shareholders to exercise caution in dealing
in the company`s securities is withdrawn.
Shareholders should note that the company remains under cautionary announcement
regarding unrelated negotiations, which are ongoing.
