CHANGES WITH RESPECT TO DIRECTORS
GijimaAst has made the following change to responsibilities of Robert Wellington
Gumede, Executive Director:

BACKGROUND:
Mr. Gumede started his career as a clerk in the civil and criminal court in
Nelspruit. After four years he progressed to State Prosecutor in the Nelspruit
courts where he served for a further five years. Mr Gumede has more than 13
years experience as a director and owner of various private companies, including
Gijima Info Technologies Afrika (Proprietary) Limited (`Gijima`), a group which
merged certain of its businesses with AST Group Limited (`AST`). After the
merger of AST and certain businesses of Gijima on 22 April 2005, Mr. Gumede was
appointed as Executive Director to the board of GijimaAst on 3 May 2005.
The following director has resigned from the board of directors of GijimaAst:
