Erratum in circular to shareholders dated 14 June 2005
A circular to Sethold shareholders (`the circular`) was mailed on 14 June 2005.
A printing error was noted after the circular had been posted. In the notice of
general meeting contained in the circular on page 35, the date of the general
meeting of Sethold shareholders is incorrect. The date and time reflected on
pages 2 and 3 of the circular as well as on the form of proxy is correct. The
correct date and time of the general meeting of Sethold shareholders is 10:00 on
Wednesday, 29 June 2005.
A letter in this regard will be posted to shareholders on 17 June 2005.
