MVELA RESOURCES MOVES TO `OTHER MINERAL EXTRACTORS AND MINES` SECTOR OF THE JSE
Mvelaphanda Resources Limited (`Mvela Resources`) announced today that the
company would, with effect from Monday 20 June 2005, move from the `Platinum`
sector of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa to the `Other Mineral
Extractors and Mines` sector.
Commenting on the move James Wellsted, Mvela Resources Investor Relations
Executive, said, `The other mineral extractors and mines sector better
represents both Mvela`s current status and future strategy as an operating,
diversified mining company.`
The company`s trading symbol MVL remains unchanged.
