PRESS RELEASE
RAH has reached agreement with all the outside shareholders of Persetel Q Data
Africa Holdings Limited (`PQAH`) and their financiers, where applicable, in
terms of which the dispute relating to PQAH has been resolved. In terms of the
settlement, PQAH has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of RAH and all impediments
on the repayment of RAH`s loan to PQAH have been removed.
