DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Securities Exchange Listings
Requirements, Fredswem Investments (Pty) Limited (`Fredswem`) purchased 56 200
Octodec linked units on 17 June 2005 at a price per unit of 700 cents, with a
total value of R393 400. Octodec`s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick
indirectly each hold one third of the share capital in Fredswem. Clearance to
deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
