APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, NEW BUSINESS
Mvelaphanda Resources Limited (`Mvela Resources`) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Kgomotso Brian Mosehla as Executive Director, New Business,
effective immediately.
Brian has had extensive experience in structured and corporate finance;
following a five-year stint as a senior member of the Corporate Finance Division
at African Merchant Bank, Brian joined Mvelaphanda Holdings in January 2003 as
head of Corporate Finance.
