NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual financial statements for the
15 months ended 31 March 2005 will be posted to shareholders today and contain
no modifications to the preliminary audited results which were released on SENS
on 15 June 2005. The annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc. Their
report is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The notice of the annual general meeting, to be held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 27
July 2005 at the office of Afgem, 3rd floor, 10 Melrose Boulevard, Melrose Arch,
Melrose North, Johannesburg, 2196 is attached to the annual financial
statements.
