TEMPORARY CHANGE OF FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 (c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Pasdec wishes to
advise shareholders that with effect from 29 June 2005, Mr Paul Becker has been
temporary suspended as deputy executive chairman pending an enquiry into the
past performance of the company. Mr Kevin Pather will temporarily assume his
duties and responsibilities until further notice.
