Shareholders are advised that the JSE and FTSE have approved the transfer of the
company`s listing from the Venture Capital Market to the `Financials -
Investment Entities` sector of the Main Board of the JSE with effect from thecommencement of trading on Monday, 4 July 2005.
It is further proposed to consolidate Purple Capital`s share capital on a 1 for
10 basis. Details of the proposed share consolidation will be incorporated into
a circular which will be mailed to Purple Capital shareholders in due course.Johannesburg
