ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF THE POWERMITE BUSINESSES
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 23 March 2005 in which it
was mentioned that Hudaco had acquired the Powermite businesses (`the
transaction`) with effect from 1 December 2004 subject to certain suspensive
conditions, which have now been met. The transaction is therefore
unconditional.
Shareholders are further advised that the consolidated financial results for the
interim period ended 31 May 2005, which are to be published on or about 30 June
2005, will include the Powermite businesses from 1 December 2004.
