DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Securities Exchange Listings
Requirements, Fredswem Investments (Pty) Limited (`Fredswem`) purchased 4 000
and 23000 Octodec linked units on 22 June 2005 at a price per unit of 700 cents
and 705 cents respectively, with a total value of R190 150. Octodec`s directors,
Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly each hold one third of the share
capital in Fredswem. Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66
of the JSE Listings Requirements.
