CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
It is with pleasure that the Board of Metorex announces the appointment of Mr.
Charles Needham as the Chief Executive Officer of Metorex, effective 1 July2005. Charles has been the Chief Financial Officer and an executive director of
the group for the past 10 years and brings a depth of knowledge and experience
to his new role.
Mr. Simon Malone will continue as Executive Chairman of the Metorex Group andwill be focussed on its strategic development.
The management of the Metorex Group operations has been re-organised into
clearly defined divisions which, together with the challenges of the Ruashi
project, has resulted in Metorex employing two additional senior executives withmetallurgical and geological skills to complement those of the existing
management team.
