NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The annual report containing audited financial statements for the group for the
year ended 31 December 2004 has been dispatched to shareholders on Monday, 27
June 2005. There has been no change in the reviewed results for the year ended
31 December 2004 released on 02 March 2005. Shareholders attention is drawn to
the following paragraph included in the report of the independent auditors
Deloitte and Touche:
Without qualifying our opinion above, we draw attention to note 21 to these
annual financial statements which indicates that the Group is awaiting the
renewal of their banking facilities following the release of these
financial statements.
Shareholders are informed that the group is preparing for the review of its
banking facilities with its bankers.
The annual general meeting for the company will be held at 09h00 on Friday 22
July 2005 at Maxiprest Quality Tyres Regional Office, 384 Southern
Klipriviersberg Road, Steeledale, Johannesburg. The Notice of the Meeting is
contained in the abovementioned audited financial statements.
