Revision of audit opinion
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements dated 26 April 2005 and
2 June 2005, regarding the court case involving the company and Tech Pulse
Technologies. Subsequent to the judgment referred to in the announcement dated
2 June 2005, the auditors of APS Technologies, being Logista Inc., have changed
their audit report for the period ending 31 December 2004 to `qualified`.
APS has applied for liquidation of its subsidiary company, Tech Pulse
Technologies, and as a result, in the opinion of the board of directors of APS,
the company remains a going concern
