NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual financial statements for the
2004 financial year were dispatched to shareholders on 30 June 2005. The Annual
Report is also available on the Company`s website: www.nail.co.za.
The annual financial statements contain no material changes to the reviewed
preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2004, which were published on
30 March 2005. The reviewed results of NAIL and the annual financial statements
were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc and SizweNtsaluba VSP Inc and their
audit opinion is available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
The annual general meeting of NAIL shareholders will be held at the Parktonian
Hotel, 120 De Korte Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg on Thursday, 28 July 2005
at 18h00.
