RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Moribo held at
9:00 on 1 July 2005, all the special and ordinary resolutions contained in the
notice of annual general meeting were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders present or represented by proxy. The special resolution will be
lodged with the Registrar of Companies for registration.
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that Mr Andrew Ball
has been appointed to the board of directors as a non-executive director with
immediate effect. The directors of Moribo welcome Mr Ball to the board and look
forward to his contribution.
