press on 5 July 2005 (`the disposal announcement`), shareholders are advised
that the due diligence investigations into the businesses and affairs of m Cubed
Life Limited (`m Cubed Life`) and Policy Exchange (Proprietary) Limited(`Polex`) have been completed to the satisfaction of Fidentia Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited (`Fidentia`) without price adjustments.
The disposal by m Cubed of m Cubed Life and Polex to Fidentia are still subject
to regulatory approvals as described in the disposal announcement and, in thecase of m Cubed Life, also m Cubed shareholder approval.
