RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting of Jasco held on Wednesday, 6 July 2005 (`the AGM`), including the
ordinary resolution relating to the ratification of a specific repurchase of
ordinary shares, were passed by the requisite majorities of shareholders. The
special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
