Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 March 2005 will be posted to shareholders on 11 July 2005 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on 7 June
2005. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the results and the annual financial
statements of African Life and their report is available for inspection at the
registered office of African Life.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the ninety-second Annual General Meeting of African
Life will be held at African Life Park, 13 West Street, Houghton, Johannesburg
on Thursday 4 August 2005 at 12:00 to transact business as stated in the notice
of the annual general meeting, which were issued together with the annual
reports containing the annual financial statements of African Life for the year
ended 31 March 2005.
