RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Members are advised that, at the ninety-third annual general meeting held at
BTG`s registered offices on 14 July 2005, all the resolutions contained in the
notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of BTG
shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for
registration in due course.
