RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors hereby advises that Messrs Francois Spruyt and Trevor
Davis have resigned from the Board of Decillion with effect from 13 July 2005.
The Board would like to thank Francois for the tremendous contribution he has
made to Decillion over the last four years whilst serving as a non-executive
director to the Board, as well as chairman of the Decillion Remuneration
Committee, and Trevor for his commitment to the business and his contribution to
the Board and the several Board committees on which he has served since 1999.
