Further to the announcement published on Monday, 4 July 2005, shareholders are
advised that all outstanding conditions precedent in respect of the disposal by
the company of its Alpine Engineered Products Division have been fulfilled and
that the consideration due to Dorbyl in respect of the disposal was received by
the company on Thursday, 14 July 2005.
