RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the fifty-ninth annual general meeting of
Altron held at Altech Corporate Offices, 79 Central Street, Houghton,
Johannesburg, all the resolutions contained in the notice of annual general
meeting were passed by the requisite majority of Altron shareholders.
The special resolutions will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for
registration in due course.
