disclosed:
Mr Theunis de Bruyn has been appointed as a non-executive director to the board
of ELB Group Limited with effect from 15 July 2005.
Mr Theunis de Bruyn is currently a trustee of Calibre Private Equity Investors.
He has been involved in the financial markets for the past 9 years. He started
out in Treasury at Samcor and in 1995 joined what was then Huysmaer Stals (ABN
AMRO today) as a financial analyst, achieving the top ranking in the Insurance
category. He also introduced the warranted equity valuation method to the South
African market, which the research team employed with great success.
