Changes to the responsibilities of Executive Committee members
Imperial is pleased to announce that Mr Osman Arbee has been appointed as the
Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Imperial Car Rental and Tourism division.
Carol Scott remains the Chief Executive Officer of the division.
Osman will remain a member of the Imperial Holdings Executive Committee and will
retain overall responsibility for the group`s black economic empowerment
programme.
Mr Arbee joined the group on 1 September 2004 as a member of the Executive
Committee of the board. He was previously a senior partner at Deloitte & Touche.
The change takes effect on 1 August 2005.
