Value has entered into a further agreement with CFC and Consolidated Importers  
and Exporters (Pty) Ltd (`the Vendor`), in terms of which the date for the      
fulfillment of the remaining conditions precedent attached to the acquisition,  
is further extended to 1 August 2005.
