RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Limited`s Listings
Requirements, unitholders are advised that Mr Steward Shaw-Taylor has resigned
from the board of ApexHi with effect from 21 July 2005.
Mr Shaw-Taylor, managing director of Standard Bank Properties, has been a
director since October 2001, representing the interests of the Bank. The Bank is
not a major investor in ApexHi and no longer requires a representative on the
Board.
