Shareholders are referred to a cautionary announcement included in the reviewed
results for the six month period ended 31 December 2004, released on SENS and
mailed to Bryant shareholders on 14 April 2005.
As the board of Bryant is continuing to pursue acquisition opportunities for the
company, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made in this regard.
