TRADING STATEMENT
Further to the trading statement of Distell Group Limited (`Distell`) on
Wednesday, 27 July 2005, KWV Investments` shareholders are advised that current
estimates of Distell, and accordingly of KWV Investments, for the 12 months
ended 30 June 2005 indicate that headline earnings per share and earnings per
share will be between 25% to 35% higher than the corresponding reporting period
of the previous year.
The financial information on which Distell`s trading statement of 27 July 2005
is based has not been reviewed or reported on by Distell`s auditors.
